



Victoria Perez, at the time studying at Pacific University, was selected to bring her work "bugz." to New York for the Young Choreographer's Festival in June of 2019. Willow was honored to join the new cast in their trip to NY, where it was performed in the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre in Symphony Space, located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

"Scrambled", a new work by Amelia Unsicker, premiered in April 2019. Willow had the pleasure of working with Amelia for this performance, which was held at Performance Works NW for two separate weekends. "Scrambled" was also set to make it's San Diego debut in March of 2020, before the performance was cancelled due to Covid-19.

Martial Arts and Contemporary Dance combined in the work "Symbiosis", an innovative take on the connection between the two art forms, and the relation between movement and dancers. Performed by choreographer Willow Swanson, and 1st Degree Black Belt Marley Swanson, "Symbiosis" premiered on March 10, 2019, at Chapel Theater in Milwaukee, OR.
